This Saturday July 24th is
the 2010 D.L.S.A.
Wounded Warrior Surf Day!7/19 Update,
Important Information,
All volunteers please read:
To All W.W. Surf Day Volunteers,
Please be on the base and at the event area by 8:am Saturday. I will have the list of people supporting the W.W. event at the guard gate at the entrance to the Marine Base on Basilone Rd. Bring your drivers license, registration and proof of insurance for the vehicle you are driving.
If you have a pop-up please bring it. The cabanas on the base were destroyed during the winter rains. Please park in the first lot on the right before the Trestle. We are cooking hotdogs and pizza has been arranged to be delivered. If you would like to have an adult beverage, BYOB. But make sure it is in cans -
no glass is allowed on the beach. It would be nice if
you could bring a side dish or something to go along with the Dogs and Pizza. Sodas and water will be provided by D.L.S.A......
Make sure that you bring booties for the water because the rocks are especially sharp this year. You might also want to bring a camera and beach chair and be ready to have the time of your life!!!!!!!

the best thing you do all summer.

The Coalition Contest season is just getting going, with Malibu next
Top Competitors have priority to surf in Coalition Contests.
If you would like to surf at Malibu, contact Katie immediately
for eligibility and open roster positions.
